Inspired by Petticoat Lane Market in the East End of London, this project brings together three disparate functions in the West 14th Street area of Manhattan, New York, connecting the fashion industry, eastside highway and local meat trade though a multi-programmable structure. The project was published in The Bartlett Book of Ideas, Bartlett Books of Architecture in 2000.
